Everything you need to know about delivery, Cash on Delivery, returns and how we look after your information.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to cities and towns all over Pakistan.

  • Order confirmation: after you place your order, our team will call you to confirm your details before dispatch.
  • Delivery time: your order is delivered within 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.
  • Delivery charges: Rs 250 per order, and free delivery on orders of Rs 2,000 or more.
  • Please check your details: make sure your mobile number and address are correct. If we cannot reach you to confirm, your order may be delayed.

Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Simply pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. If you like, you can send a small advance by JazzCash or Bank of Punjab after placing your order to confirm it on priority; the advance is deducted from the amount you pay on delivery. The advance is optional. The total you pay is shown in your cart and on your order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery whenever possible.
  • Replacements are sent after our team has reviewed your request.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you choose, your email address.

  • We use these details only to confirm, deliver and support your order.
  • Your order details are sent to our email inbox and saved in our private order sheet (Google Sheets), or sent through a secure email form service (FormSubmit or Web3Forms), so our team can process your order.
  • We share your delivery details only with our delivery partners, and only so they can deliver your order. We never sell your information.
  • Your cart and your last delivery details are saved in your own browser so you don't have to type them again. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser data.
  • To update or delete your information, please contact us.

Terms of Sale

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from the pictures.
  • Hair oils are for external use only. Please do a patch test before first use and avoid contact with eyes.
  • We may contact you to confirm your order and may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed.
